1. How can I benefit from Megaventory?

Megaventory is an on-line platform built to keep track of your product inventory, invoices, sales and purchase orders. It supports multiple warehouses, multiple supplier warehouses and you may add more users with various access levels to your business modules. Megaventory will help you get organized and increase your productivity.

2. What business scenarios can Megaventory support?

Megaventory is designed to be used by any kind of business, business sub-entities or organizations. Possible scenarios include:

1. Retail companies with multiple retail points that need to keep track of product inventory and sales in every retail point.
2. E-commerce companies that do keep a minimum product inventory in their premises and also rely heavily on the product inventory of their suppliers.
3. Small size companies that nevertheless need to keep track of their product inventory and having access to sophisticated sales reports.
4. Companies that maintain more than one warehouse and need a central control over them.
5. Wholesale companies that need to share their inventory information to other retail businesses.

3. How many users and warehouses (inventory points/containers) are supported?

Megaventory may support up to 10 users, up to 10 warehouses and many supplier warehouses . You may add users to your system with different access levels to all system modules. For example, your supplier may login to your system and instantly alter his product stock levels. Your accountant may login to your system and check/export your daily inventory transactions. Warehouse administrators may view or edit inventory levels of your warehouses etc. The user access functionality has been designed to be similar to a mesh network. 4. How many types of inventory transaction forms can Megaventory support

You may add as many transaction form types as you want to megaventory. You may set the effect those transaction forms will have on your inventory. For example if your company issues a sales invoice then the products listed in the invoice will be removed from your warehouse. If you import an inventory transaction form issued to your company then these products will be added to your warehouse.

5. I am using another software (as MS excel) to keep my inventory and business info. How can I swap to your system?

You may use the import tool to instantly import all products and their linked attributes to megaventory. Format description is provided in the respective Import menu.

6. What kind of business reports can Megaventory provide?

Megaventory provide reports regarding transactions and profit (i.e. Gross Profit), availability, movements and order reports. These reports may be further customized by you according to the information you want to extract.

7. Are my data secure and safe?

We do our best to keep your data safe under any circumstances. We perform daily server backups and there is enough redundancy. We do not use your information or pass it to others. we do not interfere with your business sector in whatever country you may live in. Please read our Privacy Notice.

8. Is Megaventory free to use?

The Basic Megaventory account is free. The Basic account includes restrictions on the number of products, warehouses and suppliers used. It can, however, cover the basic needs of most entry-level businesses or individuals. You may upgrade to a Premium account or an Premium + account at any time without any loss of your inventory data.

9. Do I need to install Megaventory in my computer?

No, you only need an internet connection and a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozzila Firefox, Opera or Safari.

10. Do you provide support?

We provide email support exclusively to Premium and Premium + accounts. You can still email us in a trial or a basic accoun but emails do not get priority.
